While The Chat Program Loads Please Read On How To Get A NickName For Chatting!

When the chat completely loads you will enter the chatroom using the nickname "Guest". You MUST (according to our rules) type in a nick name. The first thing you type at the bottom of your chat screen is your nickname (for best results, include a number after your name). If you get a message that the nickname you've chosen is registered to someone else and you need to change your nickname, DO NOT LEAVE THE CHAT, just type /nick name you want. (Example: if you want your name to be Mike25 you must type /nick Mike25).

Enter The Chat Room And Be Greeted By Our Programed Bot - Remember, DepChat-Bot is NOT a real person, just a program for the room.

Please allow a few minutes for the chat program to load.

Please Be Patient With Chatroom Loading. If You Are Unable To Gain Access To The Chatroom Please Check Again At A Later Time As Sometimes The IRC Webnet Servers Maybe Down. IRC Webnet Have Been Restarting Their Servers Lately Which Can Cause A Lack Of Connection/Service, Therefore Sometimes Causing No Chatroom Services.

Below are two choices of chat clients that you use to enter our room. You may click on the screen cap picture to chose the client. Please note that once you click on the screen cap picture the client will begin to load in a new window that you may resize to a size you feel comfortable using. There are also descriptions to the differences of each of the client. If you are unable to connect using one client please feel free using the other client.

3.)This is where you will see your nick as well as others chatting in the room. Notice the nick "Depchat-Bot". This is a robot for the room and can not answer you.
4.)This is where chatting is occuring.

1.)Enter a nick name here and press "ENTER" on your key board. The white area to the upper left of this nick box is where you type for chatting.
2.)These are chatroom command tabs. The first line you see is tabs for all the rooms you are in. You may join more then one room. The second line is private message window tabs, server infomation tabs, and etc.
3.)This is where you will see your nick as well as others chatting in the room. Notice the nick "Depchat-Bot". This is a robot for the room and can not answer you.
4.)These are more command tabs. You can disconnect or connect click on the tab, view other channels IRC/Webchat have to offer, about jpIRC, and a help tab for jpIRC. 5.)This is where chatting is occuring.
